Hey everyone. Wow I was pleasantly surprised to see all the birthday wishes, favorites and devwatches when I logged on today. I've been away for quite a while dealing with life and it's insanely large hurdles. I finally got a new job - yay for no longer being unemployed! - and I'm very happy to announce that I am expecting my second child in December. I'm not sure if it's a boy or a girl yet (we'll find out this week). I will post more information as it comes up.

Rev. Ken Hutcherson vows to take over Microsoft "to dismantle its homosexual agenda". This vow of his was a response to Microsoft's recent ly enacted anti-discrimination measures. Rev. Hutcherson has been quoted as saying "I told them that 'you need to work with me or we will put a firestorm on you like you have never seen in your life because I am your worst nightmare. I am a black man with a righteous cause with a whole host of powerful white people behind me.'"This man is a highly egotistical and very bigotted person who has also gone as far as to falsely claim to be a White House "Special Envoy" to Latvia for a four-day anti-gay "crisis conference" in Latvia (a small country west of Russia), and goes around with the slogan "God plus Hutch is good enough". So... I'm off work today. I don't have much to do but sit here and stare at the screen. I'm really not feeling well, either... I might be coming down with a cold or something because my throat is scratchy and my nose is stuffed up. I'm drinking tea and popping cough drops like candy right now. I really don't want to be sick. Being sick sucks.

I could work on more of the zodiac characters I've been doing, but I am lacking on the creativity thing. I don't know which zodiac to do next or what I should do with her. I'm also discouraged because of all the other really good zodiac pictures I've seen. I need to work on my drawing more. I really have to wonder how people draw that good ._. I envy people like Teruchan and frzndragon... Maybe if I keep trying, some day I will be that good. I just wish I could learn how to do all the pretty color effects that they do. *searches for tutorials*

On the other side of things, I am working on a story. An idea randomly popped into my head the other day and I decided to go with it. I won't tell you the details yet. But I will be releasing the story here on dA as I write it. I probably won't get started on that until at least next week or so. I might do some character sketches, etc and post em for you to see.
